Catalogue, retargeting and cross-platform purchases for a bedding brand
Meta campaigns averaged 4.40 ROAS on $22.2K, with a catalogue campaign reaching 11.68. Snapchat purchases cost $46.56 to $80.89 each.
The brief
Matrest sells mattresses, pillows and bedding online. The creative in the portfolio is creator-led video with a seasonal Eid bundle among the offers.
The objective is website purchases, and the account runs the same brief on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, which allows a direct comparison of what each platform costs per purchase.
Meta purchase ROAS by campaign
Higher is better. Dashed line: average, all 28 campaigns (4.40x). The best bar is gold.
How the account was structured
- Meta: catalogue, CBO sales, carousel, export and retargeting campaigns, plus traffic and engagement campaigns kept separate.
- TikTok: sales, traffic, add-to-cart and retargeting campaigns.
- Snapchat: sales and retargeting campaigns, with creative versions labelled v3 and vids.
Reading the results
- Catalogue and CBO campaigns led on Meta. Purchase campaigns there ran at $14.96 to $54.41 per purchase, against $46.56 to $80.89 on Snapchat.
- The catalogue figures sit on small purchase counts (8 to 31), so the 11.68 is a signal worth scaling and testing, not a settled benchmark.
- The TikTok view shows delivery metrics (impressions, clicks, CPC) and no purchase column.
Figures are read from the screenshots shown below. They are account-level or platform-reported numbers, not audited revenue, and enquiry or order quality is not in these exports.
